I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was extremely frustrating from start to finish. I ordered a car part from this seller and received it damaged right out of the box. That alone was disappointing, but what followed was even worse.

It took weeks of back-and-forth just to get the situation addressed. Their communication was terrible — slow replies, confusing answers, and every time I told them I did not want a replacement part and only wanted a refund, they still kept trying to send me another one. After repeating myself countless times, they finally agreed to issue a refund.

Well… it’s now been 2 months, and I’m still waiting for that refund.

Because of all the delays, I ended up having to get the part from another store, which set me back even further since I couldn’t use my car that entire time. The whole process was stressful, inconvenient, and honestly ridiculous for something that should’ve been simple.

My advice: look elsewhere. Yes, they might have good prices and the parts you need, but the headache isn’t worth it. The lack of communication, the damaged part, and the never-ending refund delay made this a terrible experience. Wouldn’t recommend.

As I was trying to call Rock Auto, I accidentally reached Best Motor Parts — and honestly, I’m grateful that I did. I ended up speaking with James Jefferson, who helped me place an order for fuel injectors for my 2008 Light Truck Silverado , based on my mechanic’s recommendation.

However, after receiving the part, my mechanic informed me that I no longer needed it. The part was marked as non-returnable, but James went above and beyond — he told me to keep the injectors for free. I then paid the adjusted amount and placed a new order with him for a Front Spoiler for my 2017 Chevy Camaro.

What impressed me most was that he didn’t even ask me to ship the injectors back — he simply gave them to me at no extra cost. I was genuinely happy with this level of customer service and support.

I highly recommend Best Motor Parts over any other auto parts company for their honesty, flexibility, and customer care.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
On Aug 8th I purchased a used Transmission from Best Motor Parts LLC, the sales person was James, on Aug 14th they delivered the transmission to my mechanic’s shop then on the 16th my mechanic called and said the transmission they sent wouldn't fit in my car. on Mon Aug 18th I called James and told him that he sent the wrong transmission. James spent the entire week lying, saying he was going to send the right transmission. Then on Aug 25th I called James and ask for my money back, then James begged me to give him until Wed, but I said no, I just wanted my money back several times, but James kept begging me to just give him until Wed. So I said ok but if he didn't have it by Wed I wanted my money back. Then bout 30 mins later James called and said he found a transmission for my car, but this was another lie, Wed came and there wasn't a transmission so I asked for my money back and to speak to a manager but James said Brock the manager wasn’t available. I called Best Motor Parts all day Wed threw Tue the following next week and all the staff would tell me Brock wasn’t available, then I finally I spoke to him on Wed Sept. 3rd he said he would take care of this to my satisfaction then he never called me back or excepted my calls. Then on Mon night Sept 8th the transmission came but when my mechanic unwrapped it black thick transmission fluid came pouring out of it, my mechanic called me and said this transmission was not good he sent me pictures of the black oil coming out, I sent them to James, and Brock I called both of them but only James answered and he refuse to take it back with out charging me hundreds of dollars because he said there was nothing wrong with the transmission. So I had no choice but to install it, when I picked my car up to drive it home the transmission was straining to change gears at different speeds. And I also have a $500 storage bill for the 28 days my car sat at the mechanic's shop waiting for a transmission.

My experience was I dealt with a gentleman named Jordan I had a power steering pump for a 96 Lexus I'm in the state of Colorado could not find this anywhere I could find the pump but they had no pulleys didn't do me any good Jordan had sent me this power steering pump in 2 days it worked perfectly five stars for sure thank you Jordan
